Retreats are designed as spaces to gather, nourish, and return to the body's intelligence—together. This isn't about individual transformation or personal achievement. It's about creating community through shared presence. Moving in the same room. Eating at the same table. Sitting with what arises when we slow down enough to listen.
These gatherings explore yoga and nourishment not as solo practices, but as ways of relating—to ourselves, to each other, to the rhythms of rest and aliveness that get lost in the noise. Whether for a day or a weekend, retreats are built on the belief that wellness is not something we perform alone. It's something we experience in connection.

Before I leave London, I wanted to create one last space for us to move, eat, and just be — together. This is a micro retreat for anyone who's been part of this community, or who's been curious and hasn't quite made it to a class yet. Consider this your invitation.

9:00 – 9:30am Arrival & introductions
You'll be greeted with an iced matcha latte and protein balls. We hang out, get to know each other, settle in. No rush.
9:30 – 10:15am Yoga sculpt flow
A strong 45-minute class — think yoga sculpt energy without the weights. We move, we sweat, we wake up.
10:15 – 11:00am Guided journaling + gut health talk
We slow down and turn inward. I'll share some gut health insights and we'll journal together — no pressure, just space to reflect.
11:00am – 12:15pm Vinyasa flow + outdoor meditation
A longer, more spacious practice followed by a grounded outdoor meditation. This is the heart of the morning.
12:15 – 1:00pm Nourishment bowls + park time
We close with a nourishment bowl and slow lunch in the sun. Stay as long as you like — the whole afternoon if you want.

These retreats will take place in carefully chosen natural settings—spaces that invite slowness, presence, and reconnection. Expect thoughtful movement practices, farm-to-table meals, cooking classes, creative rituals, and time to simply be. Each retreat is limited to a small group, with sliding scale pricing to ensure accessibility.
