Raspberry + Cinnamon Oatmeal

 
 

I eat this almost every morning… I’m not kidding lol Maybe I’m a creature of habit, but this oatmeal is so satisfying. Not only does it fill me up after my morning workout, but this health dish fuels my body as it’s busy building that muscle. Not to mention, it takes about 5 minutes to throw together!

Ingredients

  • Berries

  • 1/2 cup Oats

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1/2 Banana, mashed with a fork

  • Cinnamon

  • Almond milk

MAKE

  • Add one cup water to a small saucepan & bring to a boil

  • Add 1/2 cup oats, stir

  • Once oats begin to absorb the water and get frothy, turn the heat to low

  • Continue to stir

  • Once water is almost completely soaked up by the oats (aka the oatmeal is less of a soup and more of a porridge), add mashed banana

  • Stir for another minute

  • Pour oatmeal into a bowl

  • Top with cinnamon, berries, & almond milk
