The first step to accomplishing your goals is getting yourself to a place of confidence, a place of empowerment, a place of self-love and worth. Starting from a place of self-empowerment unlocks a level of decision making and creativity that can allow you to achieve and exceed your life and health goals. If you’re thinking “okay, but how do I even begin?”, then you are not alone. The world is chalk full of wellness tips and tricks, products, and suggestions. But, in the end, it’s a personal journey. What you really need is to just get started! I’ve been able to establish simple, sustainable mindfulness practices that I can implement anytime, anywhere I am in my journey. My practice has brought me benefits in being able to shift my mindset, elevate my self confidence, and feel good in my body and my life.

Try out a few mindfulness practices with me! Together, we’ll work discuss how to get started with breathing, journaling, and gratitude. I’ll walk you through the benefits of each practice and we’ll them out together. Then, I’ll give you a few simple steps to make these mindfulness practices your own and integrate them into your lifestyle. If you’re interested in kick-starting a mindfulness practice, or you’d like to expand on the one you’ve already established, then this course is for you.
